Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-06 · WAMERT (外贸家) Brand Site

1. Who we are

This policy applies to visitor data collected on brand sites built with the WAMERT site engine. The site owner (tenant) is the data controller for the site you are visiting; wamert (CHINAHEYDAY MEDIA) provides the engine and stores the data on the owner's behalf.

2. What the engine itself collects

With your consent, the engine collects only anonymous usage statistics to help the site owner understand traffic:

  • Page views (which pages were visited)
  • Traffic source (direct, search, social, or external referral)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Approximate region derived from IP (when available)
  • High-intent interactions (e.g. clicking a contact CTA) and contact-form submissions

The engine does not record your name, email or phone number as analytics. Contact details you submit through an inquiry form are handled as a business inquiry, not as tracking.

3. Cookies & consent

Nothing is collected before you accept. The consent banner appears on first visit; if you decline, the engine sends no analytics request and no third-party script is loaded, and browsing is unaffected. Your choice is stored in your browser. To withdraw consent later, clear this site's storage — the banner will appear again.

4. Third-party analytics the site owner may enable

The engine ships an optional plugin library. If the site owner enables one of these, the corresponding vendor collects data directly from your browser under its own privacy policy. All of them are loaded only after you accept the banner:

  • Google Analytics 4 — outside China (Google)
  • Google Tag Manager — outside China (Google)
  • Google Ads conversion — outside China (Google)
  • Meta Pixel — outside China (Meta)
  • Hotjar — outside China
  • Plausible — outside China
  • Baidu Analytics — mainland China

The engine's own analytics stay inside wamert's database and are never forwarded to these vendors.

5. Where data is stored

Analytics records are stored in wamert's database on self-hosted servers located in mainland China. tenants share one database; rows are isolated by tenantId and cross-tenant access is rejected at the API layer.

6. Cross-border transfer

If the site owner enables a vendor located outside mainland China (Google, Meta, Hotjar, Plausible), the analytics data those scripts collect leaves China and is governed by that vendor's policy. Site owners established in China are responsible for the corresponding filing or consent requirements. If no overseas vendor is enabled, no cross-border transfer of visitor analytics happens.

7. Legal bases & your rights

We respect GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California) and China's PIPL. Depending on your jurisdiction you may access, correct, delete or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Exercise these rights with the site owner through the contact details shown on the site; if the owner is unreachable, write to privacy@wamert.com, and we forward it to the owner.
