Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wamert (wamert.com), operated by 温州大唐盛世传媒有限公司 (CHINAHEYDAY MEDIA). By creating an account, joining a tenant or using the service you accept these terms. If you use wamert on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

wamert provides a multi-tenant SaaS for export businesses: brand-site building and publishing, CRM (customers, contacts, orders), SEO/GEO tooling, prospect discovery and subscription billing. Features depend on the plan purchased; limits such as AI site generation per day are enforced by the platform and may change with notice.

1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
2. A tenant has one or more members with roles (owner, admin, agent). The tenant owner is responsible for who is invited and what they can do.
3. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential; actions taken with your session are attributed to you.
4. One person may not maintain accounts to evade suspension or quota limits.

Subscriptions are billed per the plan you ordered. Payment is made by corporate bank transfer and is confirmed manually by our team; access is activated or renewed once the transfer is confirmed. Invoices are issued by the invoicing party you designate — wamert registers the invoice record but does not generate tax invoices itself.

Refunds are handled proportionally: if a paid period is refunded in parts, each refund reverses the corresponding share of the granted quota, and the calculation starts from the first refund so that repeated partial refunds cannot exceed the amount paid.

You may not use wamert to:

1. publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or malicious content, including on brand sites you publish;
2. send unsolicited bulk messages or scrape third-party sites in violation of their terms;
3. resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own product;
4. attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass role checks, or interfere with the platform;
5. upload malware or content you have no right to use.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (copy, images, product data, customer records). You grant us the licence needed to host, process, translate and publish it solely to provide the service. The platform itself — code, templates, prompt libraries, UI — remains ours. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the product.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. As a tenant you are the controller of the customer data you upload: you must have a lawful basis to hold it, honour deletion requests, and — if you operate brand sites with third-party analytics enabled — provide the notices your jurisdiction requires. Data you delete or erase is removed as described in the Privacy Policy; exports are capped at 5000 rows and erasure at 100 records per request.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on third parties (AI model providers, map and registry lookups, DNS and certificate issuance, email delivery, search engines) can fail or change independently of us; we will show the failure rather than fabricate a result.

We may suspend a tenant for non-payment, security risk or breach of these terms, after reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination we disable access; deletion of retained data follows the Privacy Policy, and business records required for tax and accounting may be kept for the statutory period.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the cockpit dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with courts at the operator's domicile having jurisdiction. Questions: privacy@wamert.com.
